The report provides aggregated estimates for all Irish-owned and Foreign-owned firms, which are clients of the development agencies, across a range of variables such as total sales, total exports, expenditure on wages, salaries and related costs, purchases of raw materials and services in Ireland. It provides an overview of the evolution of manufacturing and internationally-traded services sectors over recent years. The present survey replaces the Irish Economy Expenditure (IEE) Survey undertaken by Forfás up to 1999.
